NoBox, LLC, doing business as Play With NoBox, uses this notice to explain how we handle information connected to our internal Amazon Ads API reporting and analytics application.

Information we access

When authorized, our application may access Amazon Advertising account information, campaign data, performance metrics, reporting data, and related account identifiers made available through Amazon Ads API permissions granted by the account owner.

How we use information

We use this information only to operate internal advertising reporting, analytics, forecasting, and account management workflows for NoBox advertising accounts. We do not sell this information or use it for unrelated third-party advertising services.

Sharing

We may share information with service providers that help us operate secure internal systems, such as cloud hosting, storage, analytics, and workflow tools. These providers are permitted to use the information only to provide services to NoBox.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. We retain Amazon Ads API information only for as long as needed for our internal business, reporting, compliance, and troubleshooting purposes.
